This Steelmaster cash box-item #710842 is very poorly designed. Bills do not fit well in the slots, it is just a bit too short. If you are putting in just a couple bills in each slot, it might be OK, but it does not work well with several. It is also very hard to pull any bills out. A very bad design. It would work better if the part where the hinge's are was moved back even 1/4 of an inch. Returning it and reordering a different one.

Purchased this cash box and in the picture it looks like it works fine, but if you have more than a few bills of each denomination, they don't fit and it's too short. Not worth the money, sending it back.

This cash box worked very well for our needs although we have only used in once, so I can not report on long term wear. Our group was looking for a cash box that would have the ability to hold down the paper money in that we use it in buildings with open doors and windows that allow all the wind through. This worked very well for that purpose.

I purchased this for a concession trailer for my husband. Love everything about it except that it is hard to open when unlocked. I have to hold the button and pull up on the handle to open. I generally just put the lid down but not close it all the way. Otherwise, love it.
